Teman is the brainchild of designer Wolfgang Ludes in cooperation with architect Johannes Zingerle. Located near a hilltop ridge overlooking St. Jean, the vantage point of Villa Teman provides stunning views of the blue waters of the bay below, the leeward side of the island, St. Maarten in the distance, and of course the unforgettable beauty of our St. Barth sunsets. At the entrance to the property, hand-hewn stone steps and a stand of bamboo convey the calming sense of a Zen monastery. Step out the edge of the infinity pool and take in the stunning panoramic view, and you will find that sensation of peace and harmony growing even stronger.

Villa Teman comprises three exquisitely designed and proportioned structures set on a landscaped slope at an exceptionally high vista, providing not only an extraordinary view but privacy as well. At the highest level you find the master bedroom suite, with its own secluded terrace and private plunge-pool. Two guest bedroom suites located on the next level down offer their own private spaces as well as access to the main terrace and pool. The integrated living, dining and kitchen areas open directly onto the main terrace and provide a wide, unbroken westward view.
