SIR WILLIAM ARTHUR LEWIS
Sir William Arthur Lewis (January 23, 1915 ? June 15, 1991) was a Saint Lucian economist well known for his contributions in the field of economic development. In 1979 he won the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics, becoming the first black person to win a Nobel Prize in a category other than peace.

RONALD "BOO" HINKSON
Ronald "Boo" Hinkson is a Saint Lucian jazz guitarist. Hinkson formed the Tru Tones in the 1960s with his brothers and friends. When the band split, Hinkson continued as a solo artiste and moved towards his current style of jazz, influenced by calypso, reggae, RnB and soca. He frequently appears at the Saint Lucia Jazz Festival.
