LOCATION
Located in the south of Corsica, the Domain is situated between the towns of Sartene and Bonifacio.
? Corsica is accessible by boat as well from the south of France and Italy. The closest harbours are Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio and Propriano. Otherwise Ajaccio and Bastia are both alternative harbours.
? The estate offers a helipad so that our guests can also come over by helicopter.
? The roads of the estate are actually tracks and not suitable to low cars. Rather pitch on a vehicle like a SUV (ground clearance higher than normal) or even better 4x4 drive car.

ACCOMMODATIONS
? Distances from a house to the beach are between 5 and 25 min driving distance.
? The Domaine de Murtoli offers 19 former shepherd's houses from the 16th/17th century spread out into a 2500 hectares area. ? They can accommodate from 2 up to 16 guests. Size and location of each are different, from 30 sqm to 250 sqm.
? The locations are within 3 main areas : The Sea area / The Valley area / The Maquis area
? THE VILLAS: the villas by the sea side have been restored and decorated the same way as the others, with taste and respect of the local style. The only difference is that while renting one of the 3 houses, our guests can get an exclusive access (1 minute walking distance) to a private and spectacular cove serviced during the season.
? THE HOUSES: the houses located in the valley have the same facilities as the other houses (fully equipped kitchen inside and outside, private swimming pool, personal laundry) but they offer outstanding views over the valley or the golf course and the sea as well. The houses located in the Maquis (Corsican bush) have the same facilities as the other houses but offer a unique and pastoral environment in the countryside, in the middle of the maquis or the orchards, or with a view over the mountain side.

FACILITIES
? A private beach: serviced all day long during the season, towels & sunbath chairs at disposal, accessible to all our guests.
? 3 restaurants: The estate restaurants are open depending on the season and the weather conditions. From spring to autumn, the Beach restaurant is the primary dining venue; the Farm restaurant is open all year round. The Grotto restaurant opens for dedicated or theme dinner only.
? Catering service: this would be considered as a room-service in a standard hotel. In Murtoli, our guests order ahead and get the meals prepared and cooked, delivered to their house. They only need to reheat to savour them.
? Shopping delivery: upon arrival and during the stay, our guest can order groceries from a local supermarket to get them delivered to the house for free.
? Bio garden: the domain's garden is open for free to all our guests who wish to harvest their own fruits and vegetable during the season.

ACTIVITIES
? 1 golf course: The Murtoli Golf Links is a truly exclusive and atypical 12-hole course designed by one of the most famous architect in the world ? Kyle Philips. The players can enjoy 7 different combinations of 9-hole course. For those who do not yet play golf, this is the perfect place to learn. The facilities include a full length practice fairway, practice green and practice bunkers to accommodate private teaching lessons for every aspect of shot making.
? Fishing: guided Fresh River fishing party or aboard one of our boats to go for deep sea fishing (no kill technics).
? Hunting: wild boars large games mainly as the traditional Corsican way during the season (November to January), or ducks, partridge?
