While centered on locally caught or grown ingredients, the culinary menu includes imported high quality meats and other items that you?d be hard pressed to find elsewhere in these islands. We will do our best to accommodate dietary requests and substitute ingredients when available. The new beach bar and restaurant allows guests to mingle over late lunches, or even later cocktail drinks, under thatched roofs and palm trees, feet in the sand right at the water?s edge.
