Cross-Alpina Ski Safari ? Luxus Ski Tour through Italy and Switzerland
The Matterhorn, one of the world?s most famous and impressive mountain peaks, becomes the focal point of these exclusive tours to the Alps of the Wallis and Aosta Valleys.
We won?t quite start in Zermatt, however, those of you who know us well, know that we love contrasts. This is not only evidenced by different languages, but of course also by our selection of different, exclusive luxury-resorts and the respective local cuisine, albeit the fact that both regions are a mere 30km apart. Within this area, snow is guaranteed from January until April, which makes it the perfect location for our luxury ski safari.
TRAVEL ITINERARY (detailed)
DAY 01
Enroute to Zermatt you will be transferred to a shuttle in Täsch, which will take you straight to one of the leading Zermatt hotels. Depending on your actual arrival time,
DAY 02
After breakfast you will meet up with your guide who will adapt the itinerary according to the personal preferences and individual skill-levels of the group members. Subsequently you will have ample opportunity to enjoy the slopes of this sensational international ski-region.
DAY 03
Today we will visit the ?Kleine Matterhorn? and ski directly to the Italian border on the Plateau Rosa. There, a helicopter will be awaiting you, ready to take you on a breath-taking flight along the Matterhorn to the Tête de Valpenline. The downhill skiing along the Zmuttgletscher is a mere dream,
DAY 04
Servus Switzerland! Salve Italy! After breakfast we will have your luggage picked up and shuttled to Italy. And you? No worries! Again you will meet your guide who will ski with you in the morning on the Swiss side of the mountain. After lunch he will escort you to Breuil-Cervinia, located in the Italian Aosta valley where your pick-up is already expecting you. About an hour drive to Champuluc and one more transfer to a snowmobile that will finally drop you off at the Hotellerie de Mascognaz. End the day with a relaxing visit to the mountain spa, enjoy a drink in front of your crackling fireplace,
DAY 05-07
Szenenwechsel: Monte Rosa. Über drei Täler zieht sich das Skigebiet bis ins Piemont hinein. 180 Pistenkilometer bieten für jeden etwas und wenn es das Wetter zulässt, haben Sie in Europas größtem Heliski-Fluggebiet eher die Qual der Wahl.

We will have your luggage picked up early morning so that you will have it available in Täsch by around 11am. You will take your seat aboard the helicopter one last time
